Male, born in June 1968, master degree, senior accountant, member of the Communist Party of China.

April 2008 to March 2011 served as the Chief Financial Officer and Internal Control Director of Henan Weihua Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.

From April 2011 to April 2013 he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Liaoning Huayuan Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd.

From March 2013 to November 2014, I served as the Director of Control in Henan Dadi Cotton Industry Co., Ltd.

He has served as a director, chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors of the Company since December 2014.
